発送までについて

●　こちらは受注製作となっております。
This is a product of order made.

●　ご注文後、パリのアトリエにて一点一点ハンドペイントで描き上げる為、お時間を要します。
ご入金の確認後、通常10日〜２週間の制作期間を経て、パリのアトリエより発送となります。
発送や出荷は荷物を送り出すことであり、到着日ではありません。
After ordering, it takes time to paint with hand painting one by one at the atelier in Paris.
After confirming the payment, usually 10 days or 2 weeks production period, after that, it will be shipped from the atelier in Paris.
The shipment arrival date depends on the country.

素材の色、モチーフの色（ペイントの色）について

●　全て布描き絵の具・染料の手描きで製作しております。
一点一点風合いが異なる事も御座いますがご了承ください。
We are making all hand drawing with cloth paint and dye.
Please note that the texture and colors are different on a point by point basis.

●　お客様が見ているPCの画面と実際の現物との色合いの誤差が生じる場合があります。こういった事情は残念ながら「製品のプリント色やボディの色が画面と違う」といった場合の返品には対応致しておりませんので何卒ご理解ください。
『色の差異』については事前に了承いただくことを前提に商品を販売しております。何卒ご理解いただきますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。
There may be errors in the color shade between the screen of the PC you are looking at and the actual product. Unfortunately, these circumstances do not correspond to returned goods such as "the product print color or body color is different from the screen," please understand kindly.

洗濯に関するご注意点
Notes for washing

●　裏返して中性洗剤・ネット・ 冷水洗いをおすすめ致します。
We recommend turning inside out, put in the net, use a neutral detergent and cold water washing.

●　プリント面の風化を避ける為に干される際はプリント面を裏側にして干す事をお進め致します。
In order to avoid weathering of the printed surface, when drying, we will recommend drying with the printed surface inside.

●　乾燥機のご使用は絶対にお避けください。ボディが縮む可能性があります。
Please avoid using the dryer absolutely!!! There is a possibility that the body shrinks and damage of printed surface.
